Order Processing Times
Orders are custom-made and may take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks to be completed, depending on our current workload. The minimum processing time is 1 week, while the maximum is 4 weeks. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email with an estimated completion time based on our current schedule.

Shipping Locations and Costs
We offer shipping from Georgia to the following countries:

Shipping to these countries costs $10 per item.

Shipping Schedule
Packages are shipped every Monday. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery to London and up to 2 weeks for other European destinations.

International Shipping (Without Tracking)
For countries not listed above, we offer worldwide shipping upon request. Shipping without tracking costs up to $20, with delivery times estimated at 3-4 weeks depending on the destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking details so you can monitor the status of your shipment. For countries where tracking is not available, shipping updates will be provided by request.
